MANAGER OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Full-time; exempt; benefit eligible

• Starting annual wage range is $93K - $125K based on experience with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans upon eligibility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As we realign responsibilities to better serve employees and member‑owners, we are seeking a Manager of Human Resources.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead HR strategy, policy administration, compliance, and budget/metrics management; present key updates to leadership/Board.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, including salary administration, market analysis, job classifications, and program management.
• Direct talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensuring compliant processes and partnering on final hiring decisions.
• Drive performance management, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
• Support collective bargaining and labor relations with strong CBA knowledge.
• Provide strategic oversight of the Safety Program. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (Required)

• 7+ years of HR experience, including compensation/benefits, employee relations, compliance, and talent management.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills with deep expertise in HR laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft 365; ability to leverage data and analytics for decision‑making.

PREFERRED

• SHRM‑CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR (or ability to obtain within 2 years).
• Experience in union environments and developing leadership programs, succession plans, and competency frameworks.
• Prior collaboration with or oversight of safety programs.
