Journey Level Lineworker

This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent plus four years of a Journey Lineworker apprenticeship.  Must be familiar working with a 15 KV system maintenance and both overhead and underground construction. Good public relations and the ability to positively interact with the public is required. Must have a valid Minnesota Class A Driver’s License. Cooperative or utility industry experience is preferred.

This position is at Mille Lacs Energy Cooperative in Aitkin, MN.  Applicants must be willing to relocate if necessary and live within thirty minutes under normal driving conditions of the Cooperative’s headquarters.   The position will be on standby duty as required for response to outages at all hours expected, even when not on call.
