Human Resources Manager

MiEnergy Cooperative is accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Manager and has selected Dairyland Power Cooperative to facilitate the search process. The position will be based out of Rushford, MN with occasional travel to the Cresco, IA office.

Purpose

The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all human resource functions. This includes developing and maintaining employment practices, as well as designing compensation, benefits, and training programs that attract and retain highly qualified individuals who align with our cooperative values and principles. This position is responsible for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of employee relations, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
