Location: Mille Lacs Energy Cooperative
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HR initiatives in recruitment, retention, training, and career development
• Oversee compensation, benefits, policy development, and performance management
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and supervisors
• Champion a culture of teamwork, safety, and high performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• PHR/SPHR certification and energy cooperative experience preferred
