FACILITIES SUPPORT

Full-time; non-exempt; benefit eligible

• Join an electric distribution cooperative that is member driven and community focused
• Working primarily at our Operations Center and Headquarters facility in Melrose, MN. Occasional work in our Branch Office facility in St. Joseph including being able to transport items between facilities as required. 
• Serves as a contact in the event of emergency call for all facilities 
• Starting wage can range from $26.50-$35.35 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans upon eligibility

In this role, you will:

• Clean and maintain the Cooperative’s Building Facilities
• Provide Outdoor Maintenance of Facilities and Grounds as Seasons Demand
• Establish and maintain a safe working area/environment

Requirements: Post high school education and related experience. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Valid driver's license with good driving record. Basic Word, Excel and email proficiency.  

Preferred: Special class boiler license (or willingness to obtain). HVAC and BAS experience.
