BLC 947.1 Providing Feedback to your CEO

This course will discuss the importance of first establishing clear goals and expectations with the CEO that align with the cooperative’s mission. Directors will explore why regular feedback is critical to the CEO’s success.

BLC 976.1 Power Supply Decision Making

This course focuses on navigating the G&T responsibility of making generation and transmission investment decisions for the benefit of distribution cooperative member systems. 

January 15, 2026
BLC 928.1 Artificial Intelligence and the Electric Cooperatives
Artificial intelligence (AI) has moved rapidly into the electric industry including electric cooperatives by accelerating a variety of functions such as the processing of vast amounts of meter data, automated functions that increase reliability and enhanced member satisfaction. This course will provide electric cooperative directors a foundational understanding of AI, its jargon, implications, its applications, and strategic importance so that they can engage in conversations about AI in their boardroom and decide if this rapidly evolving technology has a role to play at their cooperative.

2026 Late Registration
All events in 2026 will be subject to a $50 late registration fee for anyone that registers less than 2 weeks prior to the published event dates.
