A Day in the Life

• Support Engineering Services: Ensure work orders for new construction and system improvements are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Process staking sheets and service orders, ensuring up-to-date information on issued materials and project tasks. Scan critical documents and maintain proper documentation.

What You’ll Need

• Education & Experience: High school diploma, plus customer service experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to read system maps, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of integrity, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to member service and data accuracy.

Additional Details

• Temporary Position: This is a seasonal, temporary role expected to last approximately 1,000 hours.
• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at one of these operation centers: Braham, MN (South building), Finlayson, MN, Milaca, MN or Superior, WI.
• Hybrid Option: This position does not offer a hybrid work arrangement.
