Seasonal Apprentice Linemen - 3 openings

Purpose for the Position:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the line department in maintaining and troubleshooting the cooperative’s distribution system.

Nodak Electric Cooperative, Inc., Grand Forks, ND

Nodak Electric Cooperative, Inc., Grafton, ND

Nodak Electric Cooperative, Inc., Michigan, ND

Education/Experience:

1 year approved of lineman school or equivalent and a commercial driver’s license

Abilities/Skills:

Basic knowledge of an overhead and underground distribution system.  Applicant must be able to climb poles and terminate URD cable.

This is a full-time, seasonal position with some benefits.  This position is an hourly paid position with a 40-hour work week with some possible overtime.  This position requires work to be performed outside of the office.
