RE: 4 Position Openings – Seasonal Apprentice Lineman

Purpose for the Position:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the line department in constructing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the cooperative’s distribution system.

Application Timeline:

Closing date for these positions is April 4, 2025.

Education/Experience:

1 year approved of lineman school or equivalent and a commercial driver’s license

Abilities/Skills:

Basic knowledge of an overhead and underground distribution system.  Applicant must be able to climb poles and terminate URD cable.

This is a full-time, seasonal position with some benefits.  This position is an hourly paid position with a 40-hour work week with some possible overtime.  This position requires work to be performed outside of the office.
