Safety Compliance Consultant

Are you a safety-minded professional who understands the regulatory landscape of utility operations? We're expanding and seeking a Safety Compliance Consultant to join our growing, solutions-focused team. You'll work directly with electric cooperatives and internal departments to deliver safety guidance, facilitate training, coordinate inspections, and ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and more.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Interpreting regulations and developing safety plans
• Managing training schedules and compliance records
• Preparing safety reports, grants, and Board updates
• Supporting emergency preparedness, inspections, and audits
• Traveling to client locations to deliver hands-on safety and compliance support

This Role Is For You If You Have:
✔ Experience in regulatory safety or utility operations
✔ Working knowledge of OSHA, NESC, DOT, MPCA, and EPA standards
✔ A knack for documentation, planning, and collaboration
✔ A desire to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven company
