Reconciliation Specialist

Connexus Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reconciliation Specialist to ensure the accuracy of all capital and expense work orders, maintain asset data integrity, and manage equipment records. In this role, you’ll collaborate with various teams to reconcile work orders, resolve discrepancies, and support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Location:

Work for this position can be performed both on-site at our campus located at 14601 Ramsey Blvd, Ramsey, MN 55303, and from your local home office as duties require. While this position is designated as a hybrid role, based on current policy, hires must reside in or relocate within commuting distance to our office in Ramsey, MN.

Compensation:

The anticipated hiring range for this role is between $32.30 to $42.40 hourly. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% of annual earnings based on company performance.

In this position you will:  

• Lead accurate asset management and reconciliation process by reviewing all capital and expense work, working with multiple departments to resolve issues and discrepancies.
  1. Reconcile work orders and costs.
  2. Communicate and resolve.
  3. Create and manage all serialized equipment records.
  4. Run and analyze trouble reports to locate.

• Evaluate and enhance electric operations processes through the work order life cycle to improve efficiency and accuracy and act as a key liaison to address and resolve escalated issues. 
•  Support Engineering by maintaining the compatible unit estimate/assembly database and work equipment shop on equipment changes in substations.

• Support accounting in the closing of work orders.  

Need to have:

• High school or General Educational Development diploma
• Five or more years of experience in electric operations or engineering at an electric utility.

 Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting or related field
• Advanced knowledge of the work management system and mapping system
