Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Cass County Electric Cooperative is looking for a dynamic Meter & Apparatus Supervisor to join our talented team at our Fargo, ND headquarters. This full-time role offers a Monday – Friday work schedule, with a chance to make a real impact on the Cooperative’s operations and service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the maintenance of electrical metering and associated apparatus, including large service connections.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of metering equipment and related devices.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to staff in the operation and maintenance of specialized equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and direct the daily activities of the metering team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or a related field (closely related work experience may substitute for part of the educational requirements).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in electric utility metering.
• Licensing: Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
• Leadership: Previous experience in supervising or leading teams is preferred.
