Location: Fargo, ND | Position Type: Full-Time

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and solving problems? Cass County Electric Cooperative is looking for a Member Service Specialist to be the friendly face and helpful voice for our members at our Fargo headquarters.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for assisting members with billing questions, service requests, and account updates. You’ll help ensure bills are accurate, payments are processed smoothly, and members leave every interaction feeling valued and well taken care of.

Beyond billing, you’ll play a key role in representing our Cooperative—building relationships, promoting goodwill, and maintaining the strong community connection we’re proud of.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• An associate’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent job experience)
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Great communication skills—both written and spoken
• A talent for juggling multiple tasks with a calm, professional attitude
• Strong computer skills, including Office 365
• A genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact
