As our Service Management Program Manager, you’ll be the champion of continuous improvement in IT services. You'll collaborate in and out of IT to ensure our service management practices are aligned with business goals, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. From developing a more mature service catalog to providing actionable improvements to configuration management, you'll be a key player in keeping things efficient, innovative, and aligned with best practices.

Total Rewards:

A typical starting range for this position is $135,000 - $160,000 + annually. We offer this market competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based upon the candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to

- Develop and maintain a service management roadmap including improvement to our service catalog, problem management, asset and configuration management practices that aligns with IT strategy. You’ll oversee the mapping of our services working with all areas of IT to create and lead recommendations for continuous improvement including people, process, and tools.

- Lead our IT service management user group to create functional requirements for service management tools, identify and implement enhancements, align IT services with business needs, and provide updates to IT leadership.

- Act as the go-to expert for service management practices, performing audits, monitoring KPIs, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality of services.

- Sense of humor and a love for making big things happen collaborating across IT and with our business customers.

Qualifications:

- A tech-savvy leader with a technology related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 7+ years of service management experience or 2+ years of post high school education and 10+ years of progressive service management experience in multiple domains with process definition/design and practice delivery in IT

- ITIL4 Foundations Certification and a proven track record in implementing service management practices and tools.

- Familiar with multiple service management tools but recognize importance of good practices creating value streams.

- An excellent communicator and data enthusiast who thrives in a collaborative organization driving continuous improvements.
