Line Superintendents Fall Conference Vendor Tradeshow

BREEZY POINT ROOM BLOCK FOR VENDORS
Vendors have their own room block separate from the Line Superintendent's conference package. Meals will not be included with your room reservation. To attend the Wed. and Thurs. night dinners and the Thurs. lunch, you must register here. 

TRADE SHOW DETAILS
Trade show attendance fee is TBD/per person and includes one display table or equipment space, appetizers, wine, beer and soda. Pre-payment is required. Booths  are first come, first served, we will NOT have the second tent in the parking lot so that will be great parking for the large bucket trucks to display.  

• Each large equipment vendor can bring up to two pieces of equipment  to display. Select the equipment option when registering. . Please see Karen Miller for equipment parking location upon arrival. The Breezy Point front gates and overhead walkway are not high. Please consider this when driving a truck. 
          
• Sponsors will receive one complimentary trade show registration. Register here online to sponsor.

Golf at White Birch Golf Course, a Breezy Point property located at 7891 County Road 11, Breezy Point, MN.
Golf Team requests:
Please select one of the two tickets: Golf Foursome (Select quantity of 1, you will need to add all four names) or Golf Single Player (you will be added to a team) the price for each player is TBD. Please provide registration.

Due to Breezy Points limited storage, they ask that packages not be delivered more than 3 days prior to the guest’s arrival, or a storage fee may be charged.

If shipping items that need  a lift or bobcat, an additional charge of $100 will be assessed.  These items go to our maintenance building outside the gates.  That address is 30375 Airport Rd., Breezy Point, MN.
