WHAT TO EXPECT
This session will be a facilitated round table for board chairs and board presidents. We may have a few short presentations on key topics, intended to enrich discussion. The main focus will give plenty of time for sharing and discussion looking to cover key challenges and hot topics that you are experiencing at your co-op and in your board rooms. CEOs/general managers are invited to join for lunch and participate in a joint afternoon session.
