KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Hey Leader! Don’t Burn Out, The World Needs You: Revitalize Your Leadership with Mental Fitness
Glen Stevens delivers an eminently practical keynote that speaks directly to the high-stakes challenges faced by electric cooperative CEOs, offering a powerful roadmap to prevent burnout and elevate leadership. In this talk, you’ll learn how to build a robust Mental Fitness Operating System—an actionable framework that helps you identify and neutralize the inner saboteurs undermining your performance, while harnessing mindfulness, peer support, and practical strategies to sustain peak productivity. Drawing from his personal near-crisis experience and supported by compelling research, Glen reveals how small, consistent mental fitness practices can not only shield you from the pressures of rapid technological change and regulatory demands but also create a resilient, forward-thinking leadership culture. This isn’t just about managing stress—it’s about transforming it into a strategic asset that fuels both personal well-being and organizational success.
