Member Services Lead

Beltrami Electric Cooperative is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Member Services Lead.

The Member Services Lead will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to cooperative members, managing past due accounts and collection activities, and offering leadership and coordination to the Member Services Representatives and Cashier/Receptionist. The role also involves developing and maintaining professional, positive relationships with external contacts, including but not limited to agencies and landlords. Candidates should have a positive attitude, along with strong skills in motivation, communication, and organization. A bachelor's degree in business management (B.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Beltrami Electric Cooperative offers an excellent pay and benefits package and the opportunity to be a part of a great cooperative team and culture.  The starting hourly range for this position is $29.69/hr - $39.59/hr. The final compensation offered will be based on the candidates’ qualifications, experience and skill level. Beltrami Electric Cooperative’s benefit package includes paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental, disability, life, FSA, HSA, 401K.
