Registration fee increases $50 on April 5
Registration deadline is April 14, 2025

The MREA/MMUA Joint Underground School features hands-on training with a variety of sessions. Whether you are a seasoned journeyman looking to stay current or an apprentice just starting out, this school offers something for everyone!

Participants who register by April 14 will receive a t-shirt (size options S-3XL)

GENERAL SESSIONS 
Participants will be divided into groups and will rotate through the following six hands-on training sessions.
May 6, Tuesday
12:00p     Registration/Check in
1:00p       Welcome and opening remarks
1:05p       Worksite traffic control
4:00p       Wrap-up

May 7, Wednesday
8:30a       Hands-on training
11:45a     Lunch
12:30p     Hands-on training
4:00p       Wrap-up
5:00p         Optional evening activities: archery, sporting clay shoot, or golf (equipment required, each at participant's expense)

May 8, Thursday

4:00p       Lineworker mystery event

May 9, Friday

WHO SHOULD ATTEND 
Apprentice lineworker, journey lineworker, crew lead
Each attendee will receive a t-shirt so please select a size when you register.

CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT
Attendees earn a certificate of achievement for their participation. Watch for an email from MMUA with the certificate, upon completion of the course.

WHAT TO BRING
Because some of the training will take place outside of the classroom, participants must have the proper PPE,
